22 magic 9 rare 0 unique Seems to be an average of 25% chance of a rare overall, potentially making chances worth using instead of just turning them into scourings (especially on items that could become desirable uniques), so id say the change/bugfix was quite effective. IGN: KoTao

Comparing my results with others it seems like I got really lucky! 4 of my rares had +1 Energy Shield though, I wonder why.

Since the patch I've used a total of 5 chance orbs. Here's what I've got so far:
