no you dont cast it. death's oath is an aura. you just walk around.

yeah I get it, I don't have to cast it, but I mean, first problem is, it doesnt leech since it's a dot it's not an attack, and also 450 chaos dmg per second on kill...

you play it as an occultist who gets +60 chaos res and you also use a timeless jewel that gives +5 to max chaos res,or something like that. i dont remember exactly. anyway, Ci trickster is much better. it has both DPS and immortality

Hmm, maybe. Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh I forgot about cast while stun builds they are fairly meta for afk simulator type builds. You might also want to look into those I think they are mostly played as a chieftain so they get fairly tanky you probably won't have to worry about dien. I think the main problem that build has is vs boss that don't actually attack much your dps suffers.
