kalandra touch with mana gain per enemy hit its not working

I bought kalandra touch with corrupt gain 4 mana per enemy hit with attacks i am playing holy relic build and using lancing steel for trigger . To check this mod i also bought jewel with 2 mana on hit and it seems that kalandra is bugged and not working.

Implicits on kalandra touch have no effect, as it is considered another ring.

its bugged because last league i have kalandra with grant despair skill and it works.

It was a bug where some implicits that granted skills worked. I don't know if it was fixed.

Then what is a point that kalandra can drop corrupted with implict when it doesnt work .

Even when i have only kalandra in ring slot and other slot is empty still not working just bugged implicit.

It doesn't matter that you don't have another ring, it's just the mechanics of kalandra touch - implicits don't work on it (except for mods that grant skill, apparently).
