Haunted by Tormented Spirits Enchant Bugged

I just made the enchant, it was on the wand for like 10 min but when I checked it again the enchant disappeared. I still get the effects of the enchant but wand doesn't have any enchant on it. Please when you fix this, make sure that my 30 div enchant doesn't go away. It actually works now, just isn't visually showing on the wand tooltip.

Also is it possible to make the buff active in the hideout, permanently? Also it takes a few seconds to activate after switching instances, is it possible to speed it up or again, make it permanent? | |

Same here - I made two wands with this rune enchant, and only the one which already had an enchant is bugged (it had heist enchant), making me think it has to do with the Rune bench not costing a scour to 'replace' the enchant, but rather just replacing it for the rune cost
