“Path of Exile” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I'm on MacOS Ventura 13.7.4: These recommeded fixes have not worked for me. Any advice?

Open terminal and type:

find /Applications -name "PathOfExileClient.app"

This will print the path to the PoE client.

xattr -c <path/to/PathOfExileClient.app>

This will remove a quarantine flag, which is placed on every app downloaded from the internet. Done, launch PoE and enjoy.

Quarantine flag is worth a shot, it happens when running the app for the first time. For those still don't get it working, try going into the Settings, search for "Gatekeeper", and see if the app is being blocked by Apple because it's not "Trusted". Also make sure to toggle the option in Security -> Allow applications from -> "App Store and Known Developers". Apparently GGG isn't a known developer to Apple.
