Nope, same problem persists even when I don't include the password. And I'm using the same address and port you say.
I'm more of a ventrilo guy but I use kripp's mumble server just fine, this one never connects and in the browser it shows 100% packet loss to that ip.
It's time then to talk to your ISP and get them to fix their routing.
Unless of course the host is blocking you for some reason, in which case let me know your IP/details and I'll log a support request.
It's not just him im having the same issue, it has something to do with our router/isp blocking the connection to your specific mumble server as other mumble servers do work properly

Good thing to know it's not only me. I was going to try using proxies and stuff to see if that would work but at least I know I am not alone. I know if we both called our ISP's nothing would be fixed, ISP's in America aren't going to take the time to narrow down one single IP / DNS issue for one single customer of that particular company (I know for a fact if I called mine they'd just tell me nothing they can do, even if I complain enough to get to the highest tier of tech support).
I mean it's not a huge deal, I mainly just hang out in Kripp's mumble while he is streaming anyway but it would be nice to hang out with the general PoE public other times when I'm playing PoE.

I'm dumb, how do I connect to the mumble server. I installed mumble for the first time.
When I click on server, I get a list of servers and two buttons: connect and add new.
I'm guessing I want to connect to the existing server. But I have no idea how to do it. Any tips?
edit: think i figured it out. thanks.

That's pretty bad practice of them not to investigate a routing issue. Either way, if you PM me with maybe your IP I can put a support request to the mumble hosting company to see if they know what's up. Kinda hard to go to them with no information.

I need IP addresses from people that are having problems connecting to vs17.tserverhq.com

If I ping it (now), I get '75.127.1.117' back as IP. But I guess it could bea non-fix one, probably changing from time to time - so maybe it needs to ping it again every time the old one fails.

Nah, I need the WAN IP of the people that are having the problem, not the IP that the domain is resolving to.
