How do you calculate those 364 DPS? Is it bc AS and if so - how exactly?

This is including Elemental Damage, which is not exactly correct. It adds some but not as much (Physical damage nodes don't affect ele. damage).

Still a CRAZY claw.

I'll show you:

[(102+221)/2] x 1.83 = 295.545 Physical Damage

+

[(29+46)/2] x 1.83 = 68.625 Cold Damage

=

364.17 Total Damage Per Second

When I put the buyout, I was thinking 8 pure (the C/O is 6 pure), but I might be willing to take 8 equiv depending on how exactly it would be offered.

My current thoughts on ratio would be 1ex is 10.5gcp or 35chaos, I don't particularly want a bunch of chaos tho.

Hmm. With a 10.5 GCP to exalt, that would certainly swing exalts in your favor. So those are the only 3 orbs you're interested in?

Yeah the GCP ratio is a bit much, but when I watch trade chat I don't see people offering ex's for 10, but I see tons of people looking to buy for 10. I just don't think I would be able to easily find ex's for 10.

Divines would be a 2.5-2.75. I don't really want alchs, and fusings would probably be somewhere in the range of ~70 to 1ex. Regret's 30? (I'm just not very well versed on the ratio of these ones.)

Honestly, I can see why people just want to trade in ex's and gcps, all the ratios make my head hurt.

The ratios of the non-EX's would also depend on how many pure Ex's were being offered...for example, if I got a b/o offer of 6pure + 2equiv, I'd probably be generous on the equiv ratio and what currency I'd take.
