Spectral Throw of Materialising

Spectral Throw has always been good for mapping, but lacked DPS against single target. ST of Materialising solves this problem : the base damage is twice as high (240% effectiveness, against 125% for normal ST), and the Proj gain reduced deceleration, meaning they hit more frequently on the return movement.

So far, I've tested it with success in Affliction league with my Law of The Wilds/The Scourge Deadeye.
