I am using Ice Spear with Power Charge on Crit and Frenzy with LMP.

And No Regen mod does not affect Zealot's Oath ES Regen so you can use RF still.

Playing same build but on my shadow @ level 90 in HC. Witch died to a desync lightning warp vs. titty bitches and vulnerability whip mobs in a Shipyard map. Going to be playing the 1 month race, will be playing Dual Spark CI until I get a Shavronne, also considering a bow build involving
crit.
