Galvanic Field
Hi. With the addition of the automation support... have you (GGG) considered a look at some possibilities with making Galvanic Field (And it's Transfigured version) become instant cast? It's basically a one time buff similar to a warcry.

In addition to returning the +1 Chain that GF used to have (one from lightning mastery and the another from helm enchant) I also want to add to return the phantasmal alt quality to the base skill and not to a transfigured version, and I explain why.
Any build that uses GF has to invest in shock effect heavily, because of that you accumulate a lot of chance to shock to the point of getting over 100% which is useless. GF had 4 variants, more chance to shock (usually over the cap), shock duration (usually useless also because you have to reapply the skill or get 200% increased shock duration to match GF duration, 200% is too much to even try to get), the most useless alt quality was +1 chain and less area, yeah you hit more targets at the cost of hitting nobody... glad it was removed. And the last and only useful was phantasmal with more area scaling from the shock, the only useful quality and was removed, please add it back. Core points of this suggestion: -Return phantasmal alt quality to the base gem -Return +2 chain -Bingo PD:Bonus suggestion, lightning mastery that converts excess chance to shock to shock effect |

Ive seen a few comments here suggesting to give Galvanic Field back its AoE scaling through shock effect it lost from the alt quality removal, and Id like to support that. I played it in TotA as the self-infliction version, where you apply Galvanic Field to yourself and basically play as an autobomber. This interaction still works, but the AoE now is pretty bad even with about 140% increased AoE and 105% shock. I'd love if a potential second transfigured version would bring back the base AoE per shock effect it lost with alt qality. Also, the base quality it has at the moment is not amazing considering how strong the qualities of many other gems are after the change. Give this gem some love, I beg you
