I need help with a question - I can only get max of 17 fortify with the Fortify Mastery, is there a way to get to 20 to get the 40% increased damage benefit of Rampart node? Thanks

Hi,
how about the survivability of your version? It looks more offensive and less defensive. It lacks 100% stun resistance, fortify.... PS. Has anyone found a way to get 20 fortify? https://www.twitch.tv/matthan_live
