Hello, i dont really understand the Righteous Fire part.
If u get in off-hand Wand +3 fire (RF 96% spell dmg) + Spring leaf (with reju totem), u can handle the RF without lose of ES.
But if u cast it, its like 96% spell dmg with these off-hand.
BUT if u go for only wand+Es shield, u can get about 150% dmg, so why to use RF ?

Or maybe im a little but stupid and dont understand it well...

The difference is "more" and "increased"

Let's say you have 100 damage and you have 100% more spell damage and 100% Increased Spell damage.

You're thinking the formula's:

100 * ((1 Base Damage) + (1 Increased Spell) + (1 More Spell)) = 300 damage.

That's wrong.

It's actually:

100 * ((1 Base Damage) + (1 Increased Spell)) + ((1 Base Damage) + (1 More Spell)) = 400 damage.

Basically Damage * Increased * More = Final

In other words, RF doubles whatever your damage is. Increased doesn't.

For the wand it's just
Active RF (Profit of +3 bonus) and go back to 1rst weapon set
Rf still activated

Go back to 2nd if you need fast recovery

4) no idea where all exalts go, probably they buy something, or crafting, after all, primary purpose of exalted is to craft, not for trading :P

1) i use low life with wondertraps + perandus. helm n 2 x rings are 10iq40ir each on average (need higher ones but no one is selling). gloves i alternate between aursize and 15iq30ir gloves depending on what level maps i run. neck i alternate between eye of chayula and 10iq55ir rare, again depending on what maps i run. lv 19 20% IQ n IR gems in my 6l.

2) u need to take into account how much time is spent on farming and then trading, then whether it's really an average of 5-7 DAILY. if u're talking about an amount of hours that a normal person cant achieve then yea, it's doable but it's also useless since u or i cant do it. when i talk about "daily" i assume it's 1-3 hours time since that's an achievable figure.

think of it this way... i can play for 15 hours a day, for 3 days, get extremely lucky n get 2 kaoms drop with other good loots, so basically i earn like 60-80 exalts in 3 days. do i go round telling ppl i can earn 60-80 exalts in 3 days with xxx ir/iq? no, because it's a one-off luck and i cant repeat it even if i wanted to. not to mention 45 hours is not 3 days of play time to most ppl, it's more like 15-20 days.

im not calling anyone a liar, but ppl need to realise there's a lot more variables invlolved than just saying "i can find xxx exalts in xxx time with xxxiq/ir".

3) cost of gear is besides the point. 160%iq isnt all that hard, having high iq PLUS ir is way harder. point i was making, is that a lot of ppl can run 160% quantity, and a lot do, but i've never heard of them FINDING 120 exalts in 2 weeks. i got a equally high IQ maur which i use to run docks/66-67 maps for fun, so i know what to expect.

4)yea a shitload of my exalts went down the sinkhole crafting, but i still have a few hundred of exalts worth in gear/currency. i've never found 120 exalts in 2 weeks. so i expect anyone who can find 120 exalts in 2 weeks, to have way better gear/net worth than i do. unless they admit is coz of pure luck, which i can accept, but doesnt contribute since it isnt applicable to everyone. which basically brings us back to point 2)

there're aso ppl who 6l < 100 tries, and they can earn 30 exalts easily when that happens. that's irrelevant to this iq/ir topic since that's pure rng. i noticed ecka said he sold 2 x 6led shavs =85 exalts profit, which means he's earning exalts through sheer RnG luck and trading more than what ir/iq did. if it cost 3k fusings to 6l, or worst, 3k fusings n no 6l, which isnt uncommon, he'll have ended up with negative earnings instead.

analogy : man who earns 50mil in a day by winning lottery, when interviewed, said he earned it from buying lottery tockets. does that apply to the millions other ppl who buy lottery tickets but didnt strike it ?

now that analogy is a bit extreme, but my point should be made.

at any rate, just farming wont make u rich, u need to farm AND trade. unless, again, u get lucky n the best items drop.. but then i figure u're a normal person like me, so u'll have to resort to trading to earn.

well you get the point. definetely i'm not a lucky guy and i'm not good at buying and reselling, just because i don't have so much knowledge about the various builds. i.e. till 3 weeks ago i didn't even know high ES on gear was so important.

i used to play diablo 3 and was a completely different thing there. the most popular builds were maybe 3-4 so was easy to know what to trade for, also the auction house was a big help when it comes to trade. in poe i'm having a hard time trying to even sell good items that i know the exact value, so most of the times i give up and i keep farming. unless i have to spam for 3 hours straight. but i don't know if its worth it.

in the end i'm not interested in being rich, its just a matter of having a reward for the time i spend in this game, and the reward for me would be being able to play the end game without struggling so much.
