other option is to hit the ES regen+enough fire resist needed to sustain the dmg RF does, so u can keep it on without losing life/ES. but in maps certain mods n curses will screw it up totally so u have to be careful.

Yeah I saw the calculate in the first page from Ecka. I tested RF, but my ES still sucks :D , but however im only level 52 atm :) . My fire res are 75%, still need the max. ele res. node and the purity aura.

This is a good idea, but I wouldn't do that if you are poor. Because it can take you -+250 Orb of Chances and Orbs of Scouring. I personally cannot farm docks for too long it's much too repetitive. Best way to get more maps is to play maps, like ecka said identify which mobs are in the map as soon as you get in if you see any chaos just ditch map

I think the best way to get yourself a shavs is to just get to 70 something and farm maps for expensive items to sell. I've been farming maps for three days and already I've made more money than my whole time playing almost. I.e. lion eyes glare drop, other assorted uniques worth something also alt farming.

Granted its much easier if you have a friend to map with they will love on your MF abilities and you both make money so it's win/win much more fun playing experience.

I was able to map with my group and stay near the back popping totems and gain much exp by letting them handle the mobs, got to 74. I'm halfway to buying a shavs, I don't mind buying one because I know that once I have it ill be able to level and optimize my build for RF use and then the currency will start rolling in so I can fulfill the purpose of the build like ecka said to beat the RNG and drop items for my other characters! : ]



Also I had a question for ecka I read in an RF guide that about using ruby flasks with the skill, it said that they raise your max fire res by five when active how viable is this and does it make things run more smoothly? Would like some testing maybe thank you. Also do you have any equips good for this build for sale? I haven't looked at your shop but maybe you could sell me a couple things I need for the build I need a quality righteous fire maybe other things you could think of?

Do you mean if there is a difference in the droprate between leveling until 80 in docks and leveling until 80 in maps?

Ruby is a good flask to use and to keep
But i prefer springleaf switch for high regen mode

ps: i try to not sell stuff for the build on my shop
(don't wanna to promote myself because i write a guide and give to irl friend who play near the same build)

I was wondering, when you farm, what kind of items do you keep?

Is static blows okay if you play with grp or not needed? ( some mobs are immune to conductivity)

i mean i am lvl 80 and still farming docks is there a penalty in the drop rate? cause my lvl is too high..

Anyone try this build on hardcore?

Was thinking of trying it on hc but unsure how to go about it considering you get alot of dps nodes.
