Same, Laboratory T5, tried it 3 days ago, same error, retried it today, still doesn't work. Changed server, nothing changed.

For me also, Laboratory T5 map, getting this error right now.

" Tried the relogging on diff character and entering the tunnel (error happens here for me during campaign). Back on the other character I also CTRL+clicked the tunnel entrance to create a new instance of it, no error anymore. |

This is happening on ps5 too. I tried different maps and the same happends.

I don't know if anyone already mentioned it, but click on an instance with CTRL and create a new one. Worked for me.

Sepulchre Map, having the same issue. Other maps before that as well.

Same on error on mine as well. Act 9 The Quarry. I cannot progress to the main campaign.

Update: I fixed mine by clicking on CTRL + Left Click entrance of the room and then the Instance Manager opened. Managed to select a New instance and was able to go the the next room.
