[3.19] Donkster5' LS Champ - Still great! Leaguestart to endgame SC and HC. Updated 8/18
So before you can get a Omni, which will be silly expensive in this league, you just do as usual and slap res on the rest of your gear I guess? skip some attri nodes and take other dmg sources / pen?

" Jury is out on Omni. We'll wait and see the drop rate. Yeah, those suffixes are basically either res or attributes regardless of Amulet. If Omni is too expensive and a chase item, then we revert to an endgame amulet in Aul's (anger or wrath or grace). We can still do a bunch of DPS with that setup properly geared out, but Omni really kicks this thing into another gear. ~Donkster5

Hi!
- Would love to see a small section in your guide regarding what mods are important on the claws ( all 3 elemental dmg types , or is lightning + cold or fire enough? Is physical dmg important for claws? ) - And maybe some information about how trinity works. - Is physical to lightning conversion on gloves good for this build? " There's this in the notes... is this what you're looking for? "1. Keep looking for better claws until you have a great one (T1/0 Attack Speed, T1 Flat Lightning Damage, T1/2 Crit Chance (Benchcraft is okay), and anything else useful (Other Flat Elemental Damage, Crit Multi). With Omniscience, the best prefix benchcraft is flat ele damage. The best suffix is crit chance or multi in that order. If no Omniscience, the best prefix benchcraft is likely elemental penetration. The best suffix is crit chance or multi in that order. If you have The Interrogation, you do NOT have to have crit chance on your claw, which can make a great one much more affordable." Any good flat ele rolls are good, but lightning is the best so long as you can get resonance (trinity). If you have high tier cold and fire, then roll with that. ~Donkster5 Last edited by Donkster5#6461 on May 15, 2022, 1:48:42 PM

Hi thanks for the guide!
I'm in early red maps but still have some problems with my mana. I got around 120 unreserved mana, but I often times run out of it when attacking. I guess my mana leech is not good enough? Anyway is there a convenient way to solve this or am I missing something? |
|
" I always check for a few things: 1. Do you have the mana leech mastery allocated? 2. Do you have 90+ mana left unreserved? 3. Is your attack dps decent? (One shotting white monsters?) 4. Is your accuracy good enough that you aren't missing much? 5. Are you attacking without an enemy to hit? If yes, then stop. Its usually one of the first two, but could be 3 or 4. Some options if these arent solving it. Temporarily path to another mana leech node. There's one right next to the onslaught node at the bottom and another up by the claw node on the right. Don't use one of the aura's until you can fit it in and still have 90+ mana available (better reservation or a simple added mana mod on an item). Let me know if that helped. ~Donkster5

Thanks for the reply.
I guess it is a combination of 2&3. Only happens against certain rares where lack dps. |

Thanks for your awesome, detailed and fast answers/help!!! Enjoy a tasty coffee from me :-D
- What do you think about adding overleech to the build? Could help against all the degen stuff? Either with the timeless jewel + extra es craft on armor Or with the new slayer overleech jewel combination - what is the endgame goal for accuracy to hit most monster/bosses on t16 maps - What elemental damage type should i focus on my rings/amulet/gloves and which added ele support/which ele dmg aura should i use with this claw? https://ibb.co/GH3LHX7 Should i focus on lightning/cold dmg so i can maintane my chill effect? Following the build and enjoying it so far! A small thing you might want to do for the guide is to credit yourself in the notes! I didn't save it in pob titled with your name and it took me a while to track down this thread. I had saved a few builds and ended up following yours, but didn't know where it came from. :)

" Adding some tips to the answer above. 1. Enduring mana flask is the most common means to solve mana starving early. 2. - manacost rings is a huge qol issue here, I got 1 so far, the skill costs 16 mana and 80 mana is enough to sustain even with adrenaline and bloodrage buffed attack speed. Special gratitude to the author of this build! Much appreciate your efforts in creating this beast! It'sblasting through yellows and early reds with 1,5 ex invested so far, even withought Omni and Interrogation! |
