New Microtransaction: Cursor Pack and Void Staff Skin

Rly? 10$ cursor pack? LMAO, what next? 20$ font pack in game?

I have no idea why this is a problem. Yolomouse mouse as far as im aware is still be useable and isn't banned in the T&C.

If you dont like the cursors dont buy them. If i have to list a problem it is that you have to buy all 5 and cant buy the 1 or 2 you like.

To the people that keep defending this kind of bullshit "it's a f2p game", "no one is forcing you to buy it", "they have to make money"- yes, everyone understands this already and no one is disputing this. It doesn't change the fact that in this particular case this is a scummy move. As you can see on the right side of this post, I have absolutely no problem with supporting this game with thousands of $$$.

However, it's one thing to sell cosmetics, it's another thing to sell options that should be available in the Settings menu. GGG knows for a fact how uncomfortable the default cursor is and it gets worse with every league and the amount of screen clutter. By selling you this as a MTX (and once again - this isn't a MTX, it should be in the settings menu not in the MTX one) they're just telling you that this option will never be implemented as it should be.

I'll give you an example with a game that often is mentioned when talking about PoE - Lost Ark. For those of you who haven't played it - it is a free to play game as well. And as a Korean MMO ARPG trust me - they know a thing or two about selling MTXs, they sell a metric truckload of stuff and on top of it the so called "pay to progress" conveniences which actually affect gameplay by allowing you to dump a boatload of money to improve your gear faster. So they are not strangers to milking the whales.

And even a game like this with pretty much nasty monetization has included the option to customize your damn mouse cursor in the Settings menu. You can resize it how you like and there are several colors which are actually visible.

Because even a massively greedy company can understand how ridiculous it is to sell mouse cursor MTXs and that such option should be available as a default game settings, not a fucking microtransaction. It is not that I have a problem showering GGG with money for fancy flashy armor packs, weapons and skill effects. It is when they go even further beyond on greed and start selling Settings menu options. Not to mention that these particular 5 cursors still have poor visibility, most likely to prepare you for another and another and another $10 recolored cursor pack. What's next, $10 for a pack of 5 gateways on the login screen?

Imagin if we could change our cursor in the settings without having to pay for it, like call it a freaking feature in the UI settings.

The next step GGG is going to bring is to disable overlay cursors, like we are using them for years because GGG was not able to implement it in years, make it bannable and force us to buy this ugly moneygrab skins, no thanks.


So greedy while bringin only bullshit content, fix the damn performance instead of being greedy like blizzard, yikes.

Using Neversink Lootfilter is bannable, use the new celestial GGG lootfilter, strict for 30usd, uber strict only 60usd.

What the f man, fix the freaking game instead of making it a cash cow that'll perish in a year lol. I don't know if it's Chris who's making the decisions over at GGG right now or anyone else, but they clearly are f***ing up poe into the ground with all of the rcent stuff.

also if you need just assign other cursor or same cursor in yolomouse to that action :p

you can have multiple cursors types in yolomouse for every time cursor changes in-game.
