I know these are the Ranger forums, but this build works much better as a Scion IMO.

It would be very subjective to say that your Scion build, which does not have Resolute Technique, Unwavering Stance and Iron Grip nodes, works better than the build I linked above..

Secondly, having only 8 points left puts you at lvl 95 if you didnt take all skill points from bandits. 95 takes quite a long time to reach, so I posted my build at lvl 81.

I don't need Resolute Technique because im using Lioneye's Glare

I don't need Iron Grip because it only boosts physical damage, 90% of my damage is elemental.

I don't need Unwavering Stance because I have 12k armor without granite and 26k with, I don't even remember the last time something actually stunned me.

You're build doesn't get static blows. 40% of my damage is lightning, at 6.5 attacks per second with frenzy, I 3x shock stack bosses/rares within the first 2 seconds. It doesn't really matter with normal or magic mobs, they just melt, shock or not, but it really ups the damage against things you need it most, like rares and map bosses.

I did say it was my opinion that this build works better as a Scion. I wouldn't really know unless I made your build and compared, but I don't have that kind of time right now.
