[HC] Gankstaboo's Ranger Guide (RoA, LA) 18k DPS RoA Ranger

I ended up reaching the RRRGGB with 300 roughly. Got really lucky I guess.

You know I don't know how you claim 18k dps, screenshots would be nice. And I don't know how you can run 7 auras, I know some of them are blood magic. But even still, at level 73 I only have 518 mana. I have all the int nods in the build, and I have gear with int/mana on it. There's no way I can run 2 40% reserved mana with a 30% reserved and level 20 wrath anger and grace too.

Just not going to happen, so I don't understand how your able to. I'm level 73 like I said, and I'm only doing 2.7k ROA with a 5L, and 4k frenzy 4k bear trap. I can get ROA up t o 3.5k if I don't use life leech, but I have to use it or I kill myself. I see people my level or lower absolutely destroying 6 man group docks using lighting damage attacks, probably from the stacking critical damage. While I can barely kill mobs in groups on my own, think not taking LA with static blows was a mistake.

Just to clear things up, incase someone didn't understand. I do fine if I play on my own, I only have trouble with my damage in groups. ANd it pisses me off when I see someone lower level then me absolutey owning the entire map on their own, while I can't do anything.

My best peice of gear is my bow, The rest of it is pretty terrible. Probably what the majority oof the problem is.I'm running four auras right now,Wrath, purity, anger, hatred.

Flat auras on BM, and % auras don't care about mana poll size, they % anyway.

Lose a ton of hp doing that, no wonder why he has koams. I'll never have a koams, not paying 30 exalt for one item. Completely ridiculous.

Trading 375 life reserved for 4413 armor A good trade?(grace +inner force) I've read that armor really isn't that great in the first place, that it only mitigates low damage well.The more damage you take the less it mitigates, so curious to if 400 hp is worth 4413 armor.

I'd be from 3312 hp to 2937. And up to 8074 armor from 3661.

Had a longer break the last months, jumped back to farm some Paragon levels in D3.
Get tired by it again and will jump back in to PoE today.
Have a LA bow marauder on lvl 64 (HC), but will try out a ROA Ranger - wanted to do this month ago. Had 2 LA bow rangers, they both died long ago.

i thinking about to use this guide because i like RoA more than LA but is this build really gear dependent? i mean getting a kaoms or a 6l lioneyes. i could use this bow later on:

Use malachai to cast auras you put in glove/shoe no 200% multiplier. Then wear back alpha howl for your % auras.

just got my tool tip to 28k


got my hands on some crit/crit mult gear seriously boosted my dps!

Can someone explain how boo equips so many auras with only 400-500 mana please?
