Anybody Catch Anything Good Yet?

There should be some hint on loading screen or something, not many people know about fishing in poe.

Any chance we can get a cosmetic fishing rod from the point shop come open beta? We all know how good Max is at churning out models for em.

Ya know, so you can have one out even when you're not actively fishing. I think alot of players never knew about fishing because you can't actually show it in town, so most haven't seen one before. A cosmetic one would go along ways towawrds spreading awareness.

But seriously. Cosmetic fishing rod. ;)

Just a question on upcoming fish micro-trans:

When we buy the additional gore pack, does this apply to fish we catch? Right now I feel the fishing gore to be a little lackluster, and would love for fountains of blood to erupt from my fish when I finally hook it.

Speaking of that, a dedicated fish-stashtab would be nice, that is automatically linked to your character when others see them in the social window. So you don't have to tell them in chat that you catched a fish thiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiis big, you can actually show them.

That's actually a really good idea. Some sort of "Trophy" type public stash page. People can view it just like you can view other public stash tabs.

You got the staff part right at least.
The string you get off various spiders (or just buy it on the market), the hooks you can get from Bestel if you don't do any of the Allflame quests.

I really enjoyed this minigame until I realized I could just use Spark. Really takes the fun out of fishing when it empties the whole pond in a second.

Has anyone noticed a huge drop in bites around broken bridge? I'm talking the shore, not the bridge itself. Stealth nerf?
