Hello. I just saw this thread today, so i started farming mudflats!! Now i ran mudflats 30+ times on normal, and came to the conclusion you've changed it so it only drops on merciless or something. So i took 10 runs on merciless. I still didn't even see 1 feather. Is RNG gods against me, or something changed?
