I guess some people just can't read three mods and realize he is alteration + regaling for these badass amulets with pretty much only cap rolls. I'd imagine 1/4 fails (that's the numbers I had in Anarchy when I tried to do similar), along with the fact that getting high IL gold amulets to drop in 76+ maps is no easy thing.
