Chrome Extension to detect recipes in your inventory

I would personally be a fan of having a more interactive way of approaching this. Possibly get rid of the sell option in general and make it some form of dis-enchanter. My first thought is part of the stash itself and usable outside of game. That would be the epitome of awesome in my book. But make it so you have to find the recipes

This can be done a couple of entertaining ways. You could have a grayed out list of all recipes that light up each time you get a correct one, further more, after they light up you would have a (x) next to it where x is how many of the currency item you can make with your current items. If say you went with one of the more expensive orbs it would pull those items into the "sell window" for you and ask you are you sure.

My next idea for this would be to have the plans for each recipe drop randomly. I prefer my first idea over this one because I feel there would be too many times where you might achieve the goal before you have the recipe and that would not feel very rewarding.

This is no longer working for me since the new patch. Anybody else having issues? It just shows the swirly loading icon for eternity and never loads the recipes its found.

Any help is appreciated :)

uninstall and reinstall my version. you must have one of the old ones that hasn't been updated in ages. link is in the sig.

i've just got a question though, the old version used to detect items from our other characters. this doesn't. it only detects items in stash. will that be changing anytime soon?

it checks all the chars on the league you have selected as well as your stash.

edit: well, it should. maybe a lil broken atm.

edit again: confirmed it's broken atm, got a fix, will put it in with the next update whenever that is...

It still did (until yesterday, see below) but for the different mechanic, reading all your chars of the choosen league, it did not directly assigns it to the chars, these items are assigned to tab #0, and if you take your mouse over the first column it shows from which char it is.

new behaviour: it only scans, starting at tab #1.

Hey...really like the useful app...

I was going to suggest on the "Inventory" function, to allow sorting by item name instead of tab....then I clicked on the column header and it sorted. Maybe making it a "Box or Button" would be good...of course people will eventually figure out normal behavior.

even better though, would be to change colors whenever double prefix changes, so all DOOM BRAID one color, and DOOM BROOCH a different color. Just toggle two colors though....any more and too hard to read. And not blue/red...clash too much! Alternatively, make the text black...and use a Background color (pale yellow or pale green or something) on every other "set"

lastly, the color yellow is hard to read. When I mouse over, it's blue and nice to read, but usually I am just scrolling the list looking for stuff. (black text, pale yellow/green BG alternate with white BG ideal)

anyway, thx again for a great app.

Installing the new version fixed it for me. I liked the simplicity of the other version, but I'll acclimate myself.. it's a wonderful tool, either way! :)
