My exact build will need to be slightly adjusted for lesser geared players. (More es% bubbles and less dps bubbles)

Best Offensive stats: Crit Multiplier, Crit chance, Attack speed, Physical Dmg
Best Defensive stats: Es%, Elemental resists, Life leech, Evasion

20 Point Talent Tree:
(The first thing you want to do is grab the first power charge and head to get the 10% added dmg of each element, this is huge dps)


40 Point Talent Tree:
(Secondly we grab Elder power, run over to get Mind drinker for mana management, the second Power charge and add some bonus dps with Assassination!


60 Point Talent Tree:
(Third we want to get the last Power charge and Fusillade for a huge dps increase. Also grabbing Deep thoughts for a better mana pool


80 Point Talent Tree:
(Its time to top off the build with Catalize (50% WED), Inner force (to make the auras beast mode) and most importantly.. CI and Ghost Reaver, now you are ready for End game maps!

I find the 2% from my spec with flasks and mana regen to be enough.
Although I would not be apposed to additional on gear

Only +90% ES from passives before INT ...

Holy shit, a 6link with almost 1k ES filled with all 20%quality gems. That item alone I will probably never be able to afford.

Does this build work even without dream gear?

The build definitely works without my gear level. I suggest more es bubbles and less damage bubbles with less gear. My build currently is setup for 6 player map carrys.
I used to be alot less geared then this with only 2k es and i still cleared maps fine, reflect was annoying but with decent life leech you can easily overcome.

I can attest to this build being very effective. My gear is mediocre (4.8k es with 9k aoe and 13k single target) and I have a spec that is only 3 points different.

Yes, it helps to be funded, but with a little luck you shouldn't have too much trouble making this build work.

I mean, we're talking about stuff worth exalted over exalteds. How is it even possible to get that much stuff?

Probably 6 man "premade" team and running for a couple of weeks and sharing stuff with each other?

Besides from that I like your build.

Will probably go for a wander myself next time. I tend to avoid them because they are somewhat gear dependent and I seem to be broke ... well ... always.
