We have a small update about bleed chance thanks to linsam's warning. Required Gear DPS increased from 6.08m to 6.23m, EHP from 771k to 783k, and life from 5.3k to 5.4k. Meta Gear DPS increased from 23.95m to 24.56m, EHP from 773k to 780k, and life from 5.3k to 5.4k. We only change one skill node, refund 2 tattoos, refund a Life Mastery and get a life node. You can find details in the Changes Since Release Section.

Thank you! I’m playing the build so am very happy to have the update!

A couple more questions please (I’m following the Meta Gear but am only 97)

1) I am using a 700 pdps Siege Axe I made, with crafted Dot Multi. Being a Siege Axe it is fast at 1.9 attacks per second. PoB is suggesting that when I hit 98 I should get Crimson Dance for a 3mil DPS boost from 23.5m to 26.5m (as well as being 97 I have the cheaper 2 mod Watchers Eye). What do you think about this? Is it a trap causing problems with damage ramp and clear, or is it acceptable? In game my lacerate says 4.06 attacks per second.

2) For the gloves, PoB said crafted damage while leeching was slightly better for DPS than the added physical - I guess we are always leeching when attacking so this seemed okay to me?

Happy to share a PoB if helpful but I’m hoping these are a bit more general.

When I import my build, my dps(only about 1.098 mil), block chance and spell block chance are much lower(block chances are also low in game). Why could this be? I can't compare the trees inside PoB I think because the pob link is for an earlier version of PoB. I cant import your build into mine or my build into yours but I can import individually just fine. Or it is my lack of knowledge about PoB, I'm very new to it. here is my PoB link if you would like to check. https://pobb.in/jLhOVmIPDrXB I cant afford megalomaniac yet so I used the cheaper version, and my armor lacks life a little bit. How can I get to 6 mil dps and higher block chances?

edit: I added attack speed and increased phys damage over time to my gloves but it didnt bring a huge dps change https://pobb.in/uLT5gGH3MhXU

edit2: Fathervic told me it was about the pob configurations. I'm good.

Hi. Sorry for replying a bit late, I was busy with trying to upgrade my pc. Big thanks to Fathervic. For others having this problem, here is how to import your character onto Required or Meta Gear Pobs. We first need to load one of Required or Meta Gear Pobs, then we click Import/Export Build. There we need to use Character Import and import our character by first typing account name and then selecting the character. We can also use this to see other players' characters. Configurations should be checked according to gear as well. For example on yours, I had to disable Onslaught in configurations as you don't have it on boots.

You currently have 5.20m DPS and 733k EHP. Your block chances are fine, so let's improve it to 6m DPS as requested.

1) Your gems are missing quality. I made all of them 20 quality, also fixed levels of CWDT setup.
2) Added 21-20 Brutality, Melee Physical Damage Support and Cruelty since they are cheap (95c).
3) We need to craft Onslaught on boots so we need new boots (100c).
3) Added Megalomaniac (1.1div). To get Battle-Hardened on it, refunded life mastery which was removed with the latest update.
3) We need to change ring 2 as it doesn't have added physical damage and not many resists(70c). I also added Fertile Catalysts on it. Also increased your crafted increased Damage on the other ring to %17.
4) Now we need Lightning and Chaos Resists. Changed Stygian Vise with one having Fire, Chaos and Lightning Resists. 2 div. Also applied Fertile Catalysts and crafted %17 increased Damage on it.
5) Rest of the items currently seem expensive on trade so I suggest adding the Eldritch implicits. 14% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills on Body Armour, and also 2 boot implicits from Meta Gear. Should cost around 3-5 div.

6.58m DPS and 701k EHP. 8-10 div cost in total. Next would be firstly adding Area of Effect Eldritch mod on helm, and then having Intelligence on helmet and getting a ring with higher added physical damage, higher life, craft Increased Damage on it and then add Fertile Catalysts. You also need to get more resists on parts of gear such as Gloves, double resist on body armor, etc. to be able to add Ryslatha's Coil. You can also get a better Soul Taker and a better rare axe. Good luck with the upgrades, if you need any other help, just let me know!

You're welcome, of course!

1) That's a very nice endgame axe, congratulations! I actually replied to a question about adding Crimson Dance previously so I think it's best if I copy-paste that: I think Crimson Dance will lower down clear speed by a significant amount even if it seems to buff DPS in calculations. It lowers bleed DPS by half and our bleeding does not deal extra damage while the enemy is moving, these are what we do not want. Because even though our DPS is very high at the moment, it is mostly bleed DPS and our initial hit DPS becomes the minority even though it is still higher than the majority of the Lacerate builds out there. In the previous updates (while the build was Beta), clear speed was not worthy compared to the previous Lacerman 1 build in its time because of this, and now it is much better than that thanks to a huge amount of bleed DPS added along with faster bleed, which kind of creates an inital hit start. Sorry that it was a bit complicated but I hope I was able to tell what I mean here.

2) We are only leeching when we are not on full life, so I think this wouldn't be a good change. By the way no need for Pob links while asking questions, even about gear since I can import your characters onto Pob as long as your profile is public.

Thank you very much. Better start farming. Although sadly megalomaniac prices went up like crazy. I guess it's not strictly necessary, the cheap one does the job just fine.

Edit: As a new player, I'm glad I found this build. I really liked how strong, tanky and agile it is at the same time. I used gear slightly sub-par compared to the lvl 94 required gear. And I beat Uber Elder, Sirus and "The Feared" in my first ever tries just after looking up one guide for them. The tankiness and agility saved me several times in all those fights and the bosses' HP bars just melted when they were able to take damage.

You're welcome. I'm glad you liked the build and it's awesome to hear it helped you beat endgame content as a new player before even reaching Required Gear stats! I'm hoping you will enjoy it even more after getting closer and closer to Meta Gear. That's where it totally blasts off.

Playing a long time now this build, it works great!
Had some luck also, so I have now quite good gear.
Can I get even more out of this? Profile is pulic.
I have a budget left of 60 div...
One question: i don't really understand the changes you made since release , can you update the pob build please?
Thanks a lot
Live your Life. Love your Life.
I would say, it is kinda Hardcore viable :)

I'm on HC lvl 91 with almost 5k HP, however this is not running (yet?) any of your recommended/best gear and has slightly modified tree to accommodate variances in the items.

Recently started running T14/15s, however did not try yet Atlas Missions (Polaric/Writhing Invitation), except first Maven invitation (3 bosses). I had some decent fullscreen-encounters (shrine+harbringers+packs+elder influence) as well as Breach and could manage it well.

I had few heart attacks with HP<100 but thanks to life regen + leeching for quickly resolving that. I've got interestingly lucky in this league with currency and drops, so crafted some useful items and modifiers, resulting in nice regen&leech, but hell no way to get so many skills running at the same time, simply because it would reseve 350% of my mana (and I would really love to get herald of purity running).

Definitely going to continue using this as well in next league as long as next patch won't kill it.

FYI characters in my profile are public.
... and I'm dead 😂
First of all, I am deeply sorry for the 1 month late reply.🙏 Normally, I reply to posts on this thread in 3 days at most. But unfortunately, it was a very hectic period for me in real life. Please know that I am still supporting the build and will keep on supporting it in the next league as well. I am also now back to my fast-replying routine for the questions that will come in the future.

Thank you for your kind words! Pob links are always up-to-date with the latest changes. I mean reading the changelog is not needed since Pob links always have the latest setups. I am only listing changes for the people already playing the build at that time to let them know about what has changed. These Pobs are also real characters that I am playing leagues and testing the build.

I am not sure if you are still playing the league, but if you are and still looking for improvements; here are the ones I could find. You currently have 17.72m DPS and 665k EHP.

1) Craft 8% increased maximum Life and Mana to your chest.
2) Craft "13-14% increased effect of Non-Curse Auras from your Skills" on your chest by using Grand Eldritch Embers" (1-2 div).
3) Increase the "Physical Damage over Time Multiplier" implicit on your gloves to 11-13 by using Grand Eldritch Embers. (1-2 div).
4) Get 21-20 Malevolence and Blood Rage gems (2-3 div).
5) Change Watcher's Eye with the cheaper 2-mod option in Meta Gear in the guide in the original post. (11-15 div).

6) There is one person selling Brutal Restraint with 2808 dekhara. It has been listed for 8 days and is still unsold. With a bit of patience, you can get it. The seller was online when I started writing this but is now offline (3 div).
7) Craft "+7% chance to Suppress Spell Damage" on your gloves by using Grand Eldritch Ichors for a tiny EHP increase (We also need Spell Suppression as high as possible). (0.5-1 div)
8) Since you are level 100, you can drop Force Multiplier on your cluster jewel and get the Dervish node for a tiny DPS boost.

22.65m DPS and 666k EHP for 18.5-26 div. Unfortunately, due to rare item scarcity at the end of a very long league, it is almost impossible to upgrade your rare items. But if you can, try to get gloves with Attack Speed, a chest with higher spell suppression, and rings having added physical damage. It will be better if you can increase your life and EHP, and get a bit more spell suppression for better survivability. But still, you will feel much better in terms of survivability with this DPS increase since you will be killing faster. Good luck with the upgrades, if you need any other help, just let me know!

Thank you for the kind words and glad that you could enjoy it in hardcore! And sad to hear you have died.😞 I have a couple of suggestions for the next league to be able to reach that point easier. You have 1.05m DPS and 62k EHP (With all buffs enabled because I don't know the ones you use).

1) I realized you went for Hatchet Master most likely to get Onslaught earlier than the veiled mod on boots, but we need the block from As The Mountain node. Hitting max block this way is very important in terms of survivability. Since we cannot stack spell suppression earlier, %66 spell block vs. %88 will make a noticeable difference. We have +1 node remaining now.
2) Endurance Charges are also really important. So I removed Sol Scar Viridian Jewel and the node leading to it, and got the Inexorable node. This will not be as effective as having Enduring Composure on a cluster or a Megalomaniac, but will still be good enough until you get Enduring Composure. Endurance Charges are really important for us in terms of survivability. I also had to remove freeze tattoos for the Dexterity requirement.
3) I see that you didn't do the final lab. With these changes, a bit more DPS, and if you can add a Bloodgrip amulet on top (only for doing labs), it will become much easier. War of Attrition ascendancy node is kind of underrated. It is a wonderful boost to have especially in early game and also endgame too. It will be even more effective in Hardcore since there is the need for safe play and bosses take longer.

1.05m DPS and 161k EHP. I really wish you could progress a bit further and get a Soul Taker and an Enlighten Support, because that is actually when the build starts to become really fun and effective. Especially Soul Taker is the most major element of the build. I hope these will help and I wish you the best of luck in the next league!

Thanks for that.

Well, it is/was almost impossible to enable everything herald+pride+others at the same time - it would need a mana reservation of 38492348% so, I was able to do only one at the time (Pride), unless I am missing something that does the trick?

I was trying to boost DPS, as I felt that this build is not giving me what it should, obviously taking into account items I had.

Will check that in next attempt (in progress). This Jewel and tatoo were quite interesting and useful though.

Yeah, I was kinda "I'll find time for that" lol, next time definitely have to do it, especially that traps were not that painful anymore later on.

1m DPS/161k EHP is so far away from what you've got that I don't even know how to get near that, even half-way through (vs items dropped/bought).

Thanks for PoB, it's useful, I'll have a check as soon as I get to right level again.
