yes but even if its 10% you can get max power charges easily becouse each new power charge resets timer by 8+ seconds..so you have 8 seconds to get new power charge with this support.

Maybe but Volls do not cost a support slot.

I'm just saying that Volls will still be viable as an alternative.

well all things considered melee needed more multi-target skills we get mobbed to easy in maps due to the fact we cant brun the mob down fast enough, and cleave is only a front range aoe makes the mobs behind uss mess us up, when u look at casters they have a wide variety of multi hitting skills/support including lmp gmp and chain.
so the legend of lightning thorns will survive another 2 weeks

These gems might have mattered if they offered any survivability.
still think those wont make melee really better.what we need right now are some crazy support that make melee aoe really good and something for the survivability. some little splash on single target that will probably lower is primary dmg or 3 atk that will cut the dps of the skill like crazy wont help much.those will just reduce initial dmg and make the armor from mobs lower physical dmg even more because of the damn armor/dmg scaling and make the current single target do crap dps.

i dont know all the detail from the skill so its just speculation but usualy when a skill go from single to aoe or more hit,the initial dmg of the skill is lowered by alot and that not good at all for physical dmg build.
