[3.9] Facebreaker Cyclone Champion | Deep Delve | Depth 2000, #1 deepest tank in league

I am using double steel rings with adds physical dmg (so around 20 per ring) and added some jewels with flat physical. It's not great as before but its still viable and OK. Also this is a lot easier to grab resists due too two non unique rings so im trying to cap chaos res also ;)
