Noob question - How do I get a multiple projectile support gem?

I'm playing a witch and currently trying to follow all the cold bonuses in the passive tree.
Will I find or be offered a multiple projectile support gem? Or do I need to trade for it? Play a different character until I find one? Puzzled--- Thanks, | |

Witches are offered Lesser Multiple Projectiles as a quest reward, but it's very late into the game. If you're building around it, you may want to try trading. Rangers probably get it sooner in the game, but I'm not sure about that.

What I got is actually a "Lesser Multiple Projectiles (Level 1). It's a green gem. Attributes are:
Required Level: 19 Required Dexterity: 27 Mana Cost Multiplier: 150% 2 Additional Projectiles 30% Less Projectile Damage Since I don't use ranged weapons, I can't use it. Not sure if it's what you want though. | |

Not sure of exactly how trading is done, but I think we just need to agree on a time to be at the same place at the same time, group up, and I'll just drop the thing for you to pick up. I'm only playing maybe an hour or so a day but if we can agree on a time, I'll log in then.

How about 10am on Sunday (April 15), US Eastern Standard Time? I'm not actually in the US (my time would actually be 10pm Sunday), but that's at least a point of reference.
We can meet at the Forest Encampment by Gruest. I'm on Cruel Difficulty though... I'm not sure we will actually be in the same place if your'e in a different difficulty level. Is there a way to move from one difficulty to the other? | |

Thanks but sorry to say i just found one while killing the mobs. yeah you can shift between difficulties at the warp point at the top you can see normal or cruel. Thx anyways sorry for the trouble. You could give it to the other guy
