it has 0 reserve so nothing happens. the buff does the mana degen.

Nothing, the degen is a debuff not a buff.

This skill seemed like a much needed buff for us squishier melee, I was so excited to hear about it, but the fact it doesn't work with blood magic is heartbreaking. :/

Also pretty good vs archer monsters in general. Also really good at reducing reflect damage if you use incinerate.

Lightning Warp
Leap slam
Whirling blades
Cyclone

I am thinking of using it for the type of characters that uses traps/EK/Projectiles, so that i can have fun chilling enemies around while having minimal defenses against arrows pings. Not sure it would work, but...

Sometimes I really wish there were an icon of a templar in the corner that you could click for a "Mark sez!" infodump box.

An option on the old guy in act 2 would probably be more flavorable and in-world, I guess though.

lightning warp does not seem to count as moving and does not leave a trail of ice.

leap slam, cyclone, and whirling blades all appear to count as moving, and do leave a trail of ice.

elemental proliferation does not work, though i honestly expected it to. rather surprised. i was also hoping that increased AoE would increase the size of the ground size, but it doesn't.
