This seemed like the best place for this. I am having problems buying the $15 pack to get into Beta. I have entered my VISA card details numerous times, they are correct. Everytime I have tried I get this error:

"There were problems processing your payment.
Cannot charge a customer that has no active card"

The card IS active, until 03/13, I also used it to buy GW2 pre-order about 2 hours ago. I will make the purchase using Paypal, but I think this needs to be looked into. Here are some of my details to hopefully help fix this problem..

I am from NSW, Australia and my bank is St. George. I have qaudruple checked my VISA card details and they are correct. The card is a Debit VISA, which means it uses only the money in my own bank account. it is noty a credit card. If there is no money in the account I cannot make any purchases with it (there is ~$331 as of this point in time).

ore a way to pay directly to your bank account would be fine to ( i don't like credit cards ore detours like pay pall ;)
