People who deserve a key

Lets make a list of people who deserve a key, and rank them.
Post here if you want to nominate someone for the list I will then update it on the front page. If anyone has spare keys, then maybe they will use this list xD Any criteria can make someone elegible e.g. they are cool, or they have been waiting ages.
