Is it good to play this as starter for 3.9? If yes, can you add some leveling trees for something like 20/40/60 points with gems for lvl.

I am playing this on HC metamorph, but only getting 29-30 stacks on bosses, with cyclone-poison-lesser poison am I doin something wrong?
