This affects all versions of the item. Welp, that and the fossil craft on boots explains why you get an additional spectre at level 20 Raise Spectre, plus more at higher levels to compensate for other uniques losing them. PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds. Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!
