No your idea are just terribly unbalanced. Also whenever someone goes "maby thats not so good but how about this idea that is slightly different to yours" Then you get all offended and say their idea will wreck the game.

it was more these too that were

5. instance contains more boss-like monsters
6. instance players receive -25% HP debuff ------------------> =o:( EVIL ):o=

-25% too all players is a bit stingy pvp wise. Im sure players will find ways to farm these items up real fast then tele into instances fast and farm for epics.Again placing casual places far behind hardcore.Like it would be balanced. Just not very fair.

However with shrines this couldn't happen as they are stuck to the spot.Stopping players from teleing away with them.

It would work in % not fixed amount of HP - nothing is unbalanced with that.
