[3.25] Scourge Arrow Poison Prolif Pathfinder - Fast, tanky, fun to play

This is my fourth chara this league, I am finding myself awed at the abilities going on here.... I did kitava act10 deathless and I want to jump up and down. I have a few questions as I have been watching the build for a couple days.I was trying to follow the starter, I see that your skill tree has dropped the +frenzy charges and picked up wasting and charisma. And also purity of ice has been added... I do not and will not have the uniques/jewels/spectres/taste of hate flask that you have... should I keep haste with holy relic? Or go malevolence? I am using a skirmish quiver, should I keep it or what stat would I look for on a quiver?

Currently the pob is mostly prepared for next league so if you are doing the build now its probs not gonna work very well tho :d

But yea if you are following the build and missing uniques, just stick with the starter setup probably. And holy relic with malevolence or haste is fine.

Small build update:

Make sure to update your PoB to latest version. Now the guide includes loadouts so you can switch between all the different setups on one place. It will automatically switch tree, items, gems for you:

Am I the only one who thinks mapping with these boots is going to be a lot worse than before? because u cant really off-sceen mobs.

Why? We don’t rely on the boots to get vines (that comes from the anoint). We need the boots to get “all damage poisons enemies grasped by vines” and that line doesn’t have “nearby” on it.
I know we're using the new passive to inflict vines, but how often do you inflict 3 vines on packs that aren't in front of you? In the previous version, totems would shoot around and poison everything around + prolif. But now you have to put a totem on every pack around + proc manaforge to inflict 3 veins and start “poisoning”.

Its like playing with not capped chance to poison.

Yea im somewhat worried around this as well so I think we will see. But every ballista shot should multihit some enemies by default so hopefully it wont hurt the clear significantly. I considered some alternatives, like grabbing more poison chance and using woke added chaos in main link instead of vicious. Im fairly confident that before Soul Ascension the setup will perform well because you already basically have that (e.g you should be running flat chaos in supports and your poison chance is capped from Snakebite).

So I think the bigger question is, will Soul Ascension be worth it in glove slot instead of Snakebite for poison chance when we dont have vines up or nah.

Yeah, makes sense, that's part of the reason why I'll be trying out artillery ballista. It shoots so many arrows that "grasping" mobs should not be an issue. Plus no delay is also super nice.
