That is the character I figure like this I would trade survival for damage, my survival is still great, but damage doesn't seem to be as high.

It's worse, the build is already at 100% impale chance.
You could use it to replace Dread for War Banner but then it's still worse than other Watcher's Eye mods.

How do you get 100%?

I can count
forceful skewering nodes - 15 + 5
swift skewering nodes - 15 + 5
dread banner - 20

gives 60% assuming its additive.

Now I have 38 mana to spare with L1 precision and L8 blood rage.
I can make use of that 38 mana and get a slightly higher precision (L5 which gives 40->44% crit chance) or I can take blood rage to L20 (22.4 mana cost and maybe L2 precision 32 mana @ 41% crit chance). Which do you think is better?

a) scour and follow the guide?
b) annul....and hope what happens?
c) craft now with two slots? i assume ais/qual and phy damage after multimod?
d) something else?
e) keep using starforge?

switching only the base (keeping 21 precision) base has 99/95 to hit.

edit i should add any other advice you got for me would be amazing given my gearset
