Thank you! I think you can drop some dmg from more defensive layers, like enfeeble on it, more life on chest. Enduring cry linked with second wind and inc duration is important. I would never ever cdwt molten shell. Cast it manually. Also I would 100% get explody over additional curse. Life leech recovery implicits on jewels is good. Tailwind is good. Your belt is great.
