A minimum charge means its a charge, where you get the bonus, but wont ever be able to spend it. So the answer is no :)


Currently doing the build, but running 2 x Hyaon's Fury for the big damage :)
Started some Slayer Flicker Strike action but i wondered what makes the difference between 2-hand and dual wield, thought about some crit Starforge shenanigans.

I have a question, with the current rework, do we still need melee splash support even after we have impact?

For me its a yes, The flicker strike feels meh with no melee splash
