Sure, I use pob to prove my point.
Flat cold > anything a normal jewel offers. (Unless you're crit version of Worb, which multiple source of crit multiplier always win)

Also you don't need projectile speed for crazy clear speed for WOrb.
I have near 200 movement speed and high cast speed wo, so everything I rush pass die instantly.

Does combining WO with Ice Spear on the gem set-up increases our DPS on bosses?
