How does this looks like for 3.13? Will you update the build before league start? Also, is this a viable league starter?

Elementalist is a squishy piece of shit, so prepare to die. As for the build it still works fine as it is. The duration was buffed, but nothing else. So damage is kinda MEH

Well its working but like someone above said, generally its MEH. I wouldnt say its the best league starter, but depends what you aim for.

Switched at 80 for something more meta - Divine Ire.
Same EQ, same tree - game is way easier and smooth now.

There are better choices, but hey, ofc you can play it :D

Really enjoying the build so far, only in the very early stages.

Its probably me being stupid, but how can we channel past 2/3 stages with both heralds and arctic armor reserving all but about 80 mana?

You will get more mana regen and free mana as you play further. Also Enduring Mana flask will help
