I crafted those sceptres in PoB and they give more 30k more damage on average hit and also the chance to deal double damage + arcane surge.
So they are better than shade of solaris.

Just got one myself.

You need a shaper scepter with ilvl 85. that is about 3ex
then you use an orb of scouring to remove all stats.
use an transmute and start spaming alterations until you get Gain x% of elemental damage as extra chaos damage. (i used around 500 alts to get it.)
when you get only that mod use a regal to make it rare.
that adds a nother mod so then you use an orb of annulment to remove that mod.
if it removes the wrong mod. scour and start over.

the crafts you need are this:


(11-13)% increased Cast Speed - 10% chance to gain Arcane Surge when you kill an enemy ((4c))

(46-50)% increased Spell Damage - Gain 4% of non-chaos Damage as extra Chaos Damage ((1ex))

Gain (7-8)% of Cold Damage as Extra Chaos Damage ((8Vaal))

(4-5)% chance to deal Double Damage ((1devine))

^ Don't Forget Multimod which is 2 EX :)

Hey there mates. Anyone could give a gearing priority order ? I started this league with this build, getting to 93 and I didn't bother gearing up because I trash maps like crazy, but Enriched Tul kicked my ass so I'm like hey, maybe it's time.

Got a bit of a budget (+/- 10ex at the moment), but no idea where to start. Just note I went with wands for now instead of scepters because they were way cheaper bases.
