Not only you have LESS penetration + damage by running your build, not having light trap just makes boss kills take 30x more lol

Funny that I get "Pro Tip" from someone like this.

If you think that Wrath alone is not stronger than 9% pen (only when you are close to bosses) + some T4 added lightning damage on helm, you are the one needing Pro Tip here. The only build version that might deal higher damage than mine is the pure life no MoM one using both Wrath and HoT, but that one also lose out Spider stacks (which is great in both offense and defense) and being squishy as hell.

As for traps, will my single target damage be better with them? Yes, definitely. But I will lose tons of utility (no massive heal, no Phase run or no Frenzy Charge generation). Still, calling it 30X faster ... yep, that's some of YOUR B.S right there.

Finally got to a decent level and managed to kill uber elder with my char and got a double anger watcher's eye which was cherry on top. Although I died 5 times and killed it on my last portal my mechanics were the problem not the build. Also killed shaper/elder guardians and shaper deathless. Posting my gear for reference. It is quite decent but not really great, gems kinda suck, jewels don't have much dmg and sceptre and ammy could be better.

im leveling and just checked items on market, their price is so inflated(jewels are more than 1ex, glove's cost are insane) i think author should review prices and edit initial build accordingly

Thanks for the build guide. I killed uber elder with it that last night, and on relatively budget gear.

While the prices in the guide are way out of whack now, you can still build this on a relatively small budget. Just get all abyss jewels instead of regular ones (cast speed if you've crit recently is great for this). It won't be quite as good damage as good regular ones, but you're going to be spending much less for them.

What do you think will be better upgrade for chest slot:

I m leaning toward shroud of lightless since defenses seems pretty equal and its offer a bit more dps:
- extra jewel
- Shaper desolation's ascendancy thingie with conflux should work great with all elem penetrations, right?

Or i underestimate max resistance way too much for endgame?

My current progress is preparing for guardians+shaper kill.
t16 damage is ok on trash, kiting bosses takes quite long time, gear sucks (SSF rocks!)

hey guys, sorry to bother but im new to the game and ive been figuring things out so far however im a bit stuck.
I can tell my dmg is falling off specially on the atlas bosses (minotaur, hydra) and i havent even been to elder yet.
Also i get killed fairly quickly and its impossible to level past 92 at the rate im dying.
can anyone point out what im missing? again, sorry for the trouble, i really tried all i could before posting in the forums.

It happens with many builds when it becomes popular.
I got to tier 11 with very shitty gears.

I have about 9ex to upgrade some items.

On the weapon, what's the best option for multimodding? shaped elemental as chaos scepter or a topotantes base?

I crafted this Ring:

Would this be any good on this build? I can switch out Warlord's Mark for increased duration + get more damage with mark of the shaper.
