And why lvl 6 immortal call? Lvl 7 CwdT can support higher?

I have tried this build and it is super smooth for now, I have I believe decent gear, but I am looking at way to improve. I have some currency left over something like 10ex but I don't know what I should focus on now when upgrading the gear, would you be so kind and take a look and give me some priorities what to upgrade? (One premis, I bought everything I am still new to the game and try to learn one mechanic at a time, but crafting it's a topic I haven't touch yet).

is there a reason why fortify is lvl 4, and multiple totem support is lvl 14 on POB of OP? Don't we want to lvl 20 all the gems in this setup ?

I thought arcane surge doesn't work if its lvl 20 and the brand recall is lvl 6. Does it work with 6 + 20 like that ?

So i used a few regret orbs and went from a summoner to your build.

My gear is basic but it's enough to clear T16. I will invest more in the future.

What is the difference between

a) advanced traps
b) trap and mine damage

if we have couple of exs, which one we would rather ? (faster casting + a or b )

How do u get over 70% lightning damage on the Sambar scepter? I both one, ilvl 86 and I never rolled on it more than 20 lightning damage.

Ofc I saw there are other scepters like mine on the trade and I also found 3 or for 4 pieces whit 70% lightning damage so now I'm really confused why mine can't roll so high and other do.

Can someone explain it to me?

Apologize in advance if already answered. But does the extra chain helm enchant for storm brand offer anything better for single target dps? I figure it helps a lot more for overall clear against non boss mobs with a ton of HP as it would be heavily implied.
