Elder influence blue ring not spawning

So I'm on my third memory fragment and the Elder Influence is completely gone. I don't mean it's not spreading, but there is no blue ring on my map at all. I've been doing T6+ maps and also doing Shaper Influenced maps and Shaper Yellow Ring Influenced maps but the ring seems to not even be spawning. Unless it is in a part I haven't seen yet, I'm not sure how to get it back.

Which map series are you using?

What do you mean by map series? If you mean which corner, mostly the top right and bottom left. I've been doing mostly the maps that are higher tier (8-9) and I've done some that are 7-9 that have shaper's influence, and the lower tier ones if they are have shaper's cosmic influence.

But I have done pretty much all the maps/bonus up to tier 10

Circles with 4 jagged edges like the coral ruin map, all of my maps are this way. Never seen any others besides 4 jagged edges.

Those are old maps. A new series is created when there are significant Atlas changes.

I've run about maybe about 15 today (about 4 or 5 shaped T6+), without any blue ring spawning. Also how do you get new map series?

Keep running maps then... some people report having to do upwards of 30 maps for Elder to grace them with his glorious presence.

Ah ok thank you. Also, can the blue ring spawn in area's you haven't seen yet, and will it only spawn in shaper influenced maps?
