First u need to know this won't reach pass 3M dmg on league, to reach higher dmg then that u would need to be LL on std. Once thats said this build is very tanky ppl have reach pass depth 600 (lifeMOM version) with it, so for delve it shouldn't be a problem.

If what u want is a balanced tank build then yes u will like the build and 1 mirror should be able to buy probably the entire life/mom version 3-4 time. So get all the unique the build need (don't forget the watcher's eye), just make sure u play this build at 85+ otherwise its pretty meh.

I sugguest u read ALL the build guide so u can get the right stuff (like how u need the exact same quicksilver flask to make the build working). I also sugguest u POB the build with the gear u want to purchase to optimize it.

Yes u can do that has long has u stack indigon dmg on the first pack then u should be fine shield charging the rest of the map has long has u keep spamming flask and vortex to spend mana and trigger arcane surge. With the movespeed of the build it probably has 2 time more movespeed then jugg.

(spamming vortex is very important to keep the indigon stack high enough)
