Interesting changes but I don´t like new cold snap changed into DoT skill. Old freeze/shattering potential was quite engaging.

Trap support having no CD/charges seems like new level of power creep.

So youu gave Power Siphon the effect of the vaal version.
Have you reworked that as well?

Please tell me all affected skill gems are going to be patched retroactively, legacy items are bad and aggravating enough, don't do the same for skills...

Honestly, underwhelming changes for this league. Maybe I will find something interesting to be excited about after the league starts.

hmm... depending on how Vaal RF works, my Slayer Vaal RF is dead. it won't ignite anymore, but i guess sacrificing just 30% of life instead of 100% is kind of a buff, since i can now use belly of the beast instead of 5% life gain on kill. i can also switch to double doryani instead of razor of the seven suns.

will play with this, probably with molten shell or discharge.

or maybe just play traps :)

Questions:

1. Does the Cold Snap DoT stack with multiple applications?
2. Is Cold Snap still getting a damage buff?
3. Is there an update on Ice Spear coming?
