"I see what you mean. The wording makes it sound like the 0.9s delay would be reduced to 0.45s (1/2) at 100%, 0.225s (1/4) at 200% and 0.1125s (1/8) at 300% increased Cast Speed, which isn't the way Cast Speed normally scales at all. Can we get a clarification on this? |

" You need to convert cast time to casts per second (get reciprocal) like this: 1 / 0.9s = 1.11 casts per second So +100% is: 1.11 * 2 = 2.22 casts per second Going back: 1 / 2.22 = 0.45s cast time Similarly +200% would result in 1 / 3.33 = 0.3s cast time In other words - you increase the speed of casting, not reduce the time by 100%.
