Wait, 30% more ignight damage per second?

Is there absolutely nothing about self-cast discharge?
The skill hasn't been used for the longest time (outside of trigger gems and even that was nerfed). It's been dead for years now. And before you say anything, literally no one in all of the forum threads for new and inventive builds either here, Reddit or anywhere else have actually made a self-cast discharge in the last 2-3 years without it being 1) COC discharge, 2) a Juggernaut relying 100% on the endurance charges they get from the ascendency, 3) Expensive to the point where it's literally not worth the investment.
Can you please bring it back? Maybe add a new mechanic that makes it AT LEAST easier to self-cast? OR implement something in the skill gem itself that would boost it somehow to make self-casting discharge less cancerous? Or can you maybe make it so we don't have to get a 10 Ex unique to make it SEMI viable?Something needs to be done, right? Anything? Please?

How come ground slam is usable with axes now but still not with unarmed facebreakers?

So after nerfing the heck out of AoE couple versions ago and total shift to projectile meta, GiGiGi is now back to boosting AoE.
It's as surprising as Sgt. Doaks saying "Surprise mot....."

Yes! Incinerate wont suck anymore and even got a base crit chance.
