So cheering for actual balance on skills that haven't been used for years is bad? When was the last time you used ground slam or incinerate?... We don't need every skill to be equal to peak VS, but we also don't need 75% of skills being total ass compared to the other part that clears maps in 1 minute.

Go make a cold snap ignite build and tell me how fun that is nowadays.

May be ,before modifying lot of skills, you should enhance the servers.
