[3.2] Hirophant Poet's Pen VD with Indigon and Perm Immortal Call - Uber Elder Deathless

hi, would you recommend this build as a league starter for flashback? Im trying to find the most cost efficient build/ascendancy to start with and am having a difficulty figuring out which will provide bes the best damage/defense for the price.

It's not really league starter material imo. It's a great build but Poet's Pens, CoD and Indigon are incredibly popular and the competition for them is going to be really high, especially in a 1 month league.

Sure, if you get lucky and get the gear it's obviously an awesome build to run. Guess it's up to you whether you think that's going to be cost efficient or not.

This is a highly optimized version of HiroFat for Indigon.

You can build it cheaper going non-indigon version with pretty much any trash gear and it will be still very effective.

Only problem i see is getting your hands on 2x poet pen, they will be extremely expensive on flashback start (i suppose at least because they pretty much mean won race)

One question:If we have curs on hit ring, and no +1curse amulet, then what about the ele weakness in the gloves?(i mean the coh-ele weakness combo) We dont need it, dont we?

No, VD is a spell not an attack

Just beat the guardians and shaper today.3 guardians was ez, mino is complete facetank, phoenix is almost facetank (just his bomb is deadly), hydra was the same like mino.Chimera was the only one who killed me 3 times because of his smoke phase.I was simply to slow to find him...Otherwise it was an easy run.Shaper was deathless too and quick.Nice build, works without the meta flask too (zerphi).

One trick for chimera is to have brightbeak shield charge in swap. You swap fast to charge through smoke and then stand still in the middle of the room - ballz will do the rest.

I got pretty bored of the build at the end. Its simply too strong for that amount of investment ive put in.

Poet pen VD takes such a dump on poe endgame content is just silly. And when you have zerphi flask its even more stupid.

I have some questions.. although the body swap is darn good for movement, basically i can map t16s with just right click now,, but i feel like it needs some other movement skill, separate from pen links.. any idea what skill would be best to use?

the boots and gloves enchants, you have 2% regen on boots, i dont think its helpful if we have vaal pact, dont you think??

Also what enchant should i get on helm?

Also, i feel like we have lots of empty links here, like with just right clicking i'm not using the totem at all.. so can i put in another CWDT+immortal call in it, just incase?
What about Animate guardian + minion res and equip it with dyadus? will the Vd dmg increase more??

Although somehow i have like everything you have in the build but my immortal call is not permanent.. Can you please check what am i doing wrong in the build?

Overall really really great build.. first time clearing t16 guardians and it feels good.. tried shaper yesterday but i didn't manage the balls properly, made it to third stage, but died cuz of standing on the balls.. needs more practice but its definitely doable..
