swords give crit multi as implicit and daggers crit chance. Just use whatever you can afford. I prefer daggers.
So first you go to poe.trade and buy an tabula with +2 duration or +2 aoe gems. I got to 155/159 atlas bonus with a tabula. Inpulsa is overrated. Killing trash mobs is not hard with blade vortex.

Then you go to harbour bridge and farm syndicate encounters. Rank up Hillock on fortification to level 3 and qual your inpulsa to 28% quality. That makes it way easier to 6 link it.

Now you can upgrade either your rings or your weapons. But you need currency first. So play more. Fastest way to get currency is either syndicate farming or low delving. But you can also spam maps if you want to progress towards higher tiers. PoE is a game you have to put in some time until you are good enough to make a lot of currency.

First thing I'm sure U need is mark of shaper ring + warlord Mark set. Rest currency for Res cap and life in belt.look on my profile to see. 150c is just Perfect for next step. Rapiera are great for endgame but your daggers are good before next steps.from phone sry for errors. what's is your avg now? Second thing do lab and change added fire for hypothermia.

To add to what J posted above... crit multi is important because it's a multiplier instead of additive chance.

Noob here, just started playing POE on this league.

So like i said im enojoying the build so far but i feel like i hit a wall now and can move forward. I am dying alot lately and can´t even get past lvl 87.

Can you please take a look at my build and gear and tell me what to improve?

ur belt could use an upgrade easy can craft double elemental damages

Blade Vortex is a spell, so everything that says "attack" is useless for Blade Vortex, it doesn't do anything. Get rid of these horrible daggers, they literally only give you global crit chance and nothing else. All other stats are local and only affect the dagger and attacks. But you use a spell.

Your jewels are bad. Get max life, crit multi, spell damage on jewels.
Your rings are bad, get rare rings with life and resistances and if you can afford some damage, get a better amulet. Get a better chest they are super cheap: http://poe.trade/search/onazorikamasin
